The week ahead: August 31st through September 6th of 2020:

We have a full moon coming up on the 1st/2nd Lovelies, and this one is gonna be super emo.

This full moon is in the sign of Pisces, representing the symbology of the two fish and the water element. Water always speaks of our emotions but also of our intuition, and the best way to handle a watery full moon is to tune in and listen to what’s being said, and then to go with the flow.

But during Virgo season, letting the current take you is easier said than done. In order to stay organized and clean, Virgo’s assume control, so letting go of our death grip on what we perceive we can direct, might be a lesson in release….or panic attacks.

So if you’ve been hulk smashing your emotions into submission, pushing them away and trying to control the way you feel, this full moon might have you calling on a young priest and an old priest to help you let go and face yourself with what is. Look to see which house in your chart Pisces rules to get a better understanding of what you need to chill out on and come to terms with.

There’s something to be said at a full moon for being with our emotions and just letting them flow too, since full moons also rule our emotions, intuition and our relationships, including the one with self.

My hope is that we understand the themes coming up for us personally that we’re more cerebral about (Virgo season) or that we box in and categorize or compartmentalize, that we take a deep breath, and just listen to the wisdom that our heart and emotions are trying to bring in (Pisces full moon), helping to balance us out–there might even be something around forgiveness and shoring up our boundaries in that space, too.

Who knows? The area that’s highlighted for you might just be the place you’re supposed to grow more wild and in touch with, so just make sure to continually check in and remind yourself that you have the ability to change, grow, and evolve anytime you want; when you know better, you do better 💖

So how can we work with the energy of this week? My advice is this: It’s a two-parter and it’s best if you get this done on Monday or Tuesday, but consider cleaning an area of your house you’ve been putting off. Which space keeps screaming for you to declutter? Go in there, clean it out and reorganize it. After that, go and get to the water, take an Epsom foot soak or get a pedicure (Pisces rules the feet). I want you to notice as your cleaning what comes up for you and what thoughts want your attention. I want you to see as you’re cleaning, that you’re also doing that in your mental space as well. Allow the thoughts to come up, face them and see what they’re asking you do, then release them once you glean what wisdom is needed. The Epsom salt foot soak or connection with water will cleanse the rest of it out of you, so you’re fresh and ready to go for September. Time to release and reset!

Go ahead and pick a card from above (pick one, two, or all three cards–choose what you’re drawn to). The top card is the overarching theme for everyone and it’s something to keep in mind or to remember, no matter what energy shows up for you as the week goes on. The stone you see in the picture above is Larimar. Larimar is a crystal of serenity, promoting relaxation in every aspect. Use as a worry stone, or place in the home or workplace to assure a pleasant atmosphere. Hold as you sit on the seashore, or gaze into the sea-like patterns of the stone, to reconnect with the ebbs and flows of your inner tides. As you sit in a bath surrounded by blue candles, use Larimar to connect with the healing powers of the dolphin through visualization or dolphin call music. Simply wearing Larimar creates a fundamental awareness of the “all-rightness” of the world. Use Larimar to overcome fear of doctors, hospitals, injections or surgery. It promotes clear and confident communication with health personnel. Larimar is a wonderful stone for mothers, during and after pregnancy. It helps in alleviating post-partum depression, and relaxes the stress associated with new parenthood. As a soothing Water element stone, Larimar cools hot tempers and guides excessive passion into peace. It may be used to diminish the frequency and intensity of hot flashes, and when one’s kundalini energies have become uncomfortably active. As a crystal of the Throat Chakra, using Larimar in a pendant or laying-on-of-stones treatment will unleash the voice of one’s deepest wisdom. Singers may also find Larimar a wonderful talisman for enhancing and protecting the voice. Larimar is an excellent stone for finding a soulmate. It facilitates the healing of unresolved issues or fears, trauma to the heart, or past-life relationships. If you’d like to learn more about this stone, please go here.

Overarching theme: Nine of Cups: This is a powerful key that wants to remind you just how sweet the times can be! Often showing up as a new phase of peace and satisfaction, this harmonious oracle is also known as the “wish card,”  as it tends to go to the root of those cherished dreams and experiences that replenish our heart and soul. This magic reinforces a sense of stability but also comes with a slight caution: this blessing may not be permanent, so relish it while you can, and accept it with love and gratitude. When placed with other cards, the Nine of Cups can act as an enhancement of their energies. For example, when with Pentacles, it may be a strong indication of financial strength or material wealth coming your way. Look to the surrounding cards for its underlying message. Now, at last, is your time to enjoy life’s well-deserved pleasures and luxuries. Questions to ask yourself this week: How can I learn to celebrate the gifts and connections? How does this light put everything else into perspective? Your mantra: I treasure and nurture the precious moments. I acknowledge the gifts and strengths in my life. Additional Meanings: Dreams • Kindness • Healing • Abundance • Peace.

If you chose card #1: Your message this week is about the Seven of Pentacles. Your card goes on to say that the Seven of Pentacles is a card of hard-earned rewards and the refinement of our deepest purpose. After all of your work and perseverance, you are able to gauge how you would like to invest your time and energy, as you realize the importance of the momentum of your success. If you feel as though you have yet to reap the rewards, now is not the time to give up! Perhaps you’ve learned more than you thought possible along the way and have shifted your priorities unexpectedly. It could simply be a matter of gaining a new perspective and envisioning your path from a more spiritual fulfilling position. Personal affluence and success may only take you so far, but if you source your work from the seat of your soul, your creations will not only be sustainable and authentic, they will raise the vibration of the collective whole. Questions to ask yourself right now: Am I ready to create and invent from within my soul? How can I bask in the light that surrounds me? Your mantra: I ease back into the flow of my heart. I relish and treasure the gifts each day. Additional Meanings: Visions • Intuition • Spiritual truth • Profit • Reward.
If you chose card #2: Your message this week is about The Emperor. Your card goes on to say that The Emperor embodies a deep inner fortitude that reflects a personal code of conduct and strength. However, his greatest power emerges and transmutes through the joining of his heart and intellect. This is a creative energy that helps us each nurture and sustain more balance in our life – one that sees the brilliant design of interconnection, the importance of each stone in our greater foundation, and the merging of the spiritual and psychological realms. This gentle strength brings harmony and peace to where there is conflict and separation in our world, which defines true leadership and innovation. The Emperor encourages you to cultivate and build from the root of this power, galvanizing directly from the seeds of your heart. Questions to ask yourself right now: How can I reinforce more structure in my life? How can I step up and lead from my heart? Additional Meanings: Discipline • Balance • Divine masculine • Success.

If you chose card #3: Your message this week is about Temperance. Your card goes on to say that Temperance comes as a gentle reminder of the grace and Divinity that exists within you. Instead of treading those deep, tumultuous Waters, or conversely, lately skimming the surface of life, this key and courage is us to find a neutral approach and how we navigate or observe the world around us. If we can find a healthy balance and not attaching to conditioned extremes, we may experience a brighter, more profound understanding of our time here. It also prompt says to not take things so seriously all of the time, and to also remember to smell the roses along the way. Don’t forget – you are spirit and physical form, and as you soften into this awareness, you may begin to see things through an entirely new lens. This helps support patience, calmness, and a Serene appreciation of the path of your life. You are multi-dimensional and infinite. Questions to ask yourself right now: How can I reconnect with my higher purpose? What greater message is being revealed? Additional Meanings: Harmony • Adaptation • Balance • Duality • Spirit guide.
This is your week! make it an amazing one 😊
