How are you guys feeling after that full moon last week? I’m still feeling that stanky Aries energy, and I gotta tell you that’s it’s helped me to step more into my own power than I’ve ever had before, which I’m digging big time and trying to bring that energy into all I do.

Libra season is still upon us, so themes of balance, justice, beauty, love relationships, and keeping the peace will keep popping up. On the body, one of the things Libra rules is the kidneys, so consider this week about doing a detox, or look to see how you release toxins (of all sorts) from your system. Do you have a tendency to hold on to things emotional? If so, this detox can be applied to your emotional needs as well. Being an air sign, Libra is social and charming and loves to network with others but isn’t really known for being super emotional or emotionally deep. I challenge you today, that if you’re the same and you don’t push yourself to go deeper emotionally, to really look within and ask yourself why.  Being vulnerable can be a freeing experience that gives you permission to connect with yourself and others on a spiritual level. So, make sure this week that you connect and surround yourself with the ones that uplift, support, promote, beautify, or just downright have your back and keep you balanced in this crazy world, and that you feel comfortable sharing with.

So how can we use the energy of this week to help us? My advice is this: Where in your life are you feeling exhausted and drained and how can you set up healthier boundaries to stop this from happening (are you stepping into your power or are you still giving it away)? Where are you holding onto toxic energy (habits, emotions, relationships) and how can you benefit from doing a full detox in this area/s? What still needs a good balancing and how can you shift your energy so you’re focused on your personal peace? I gotta tell you guys that I had the most incredible experience over the weekend that I think has shifted my life in some profound ways. I took part in a 4 day workshop with the awesome Mavis Patilla from England to sharpen my mediumship and hone my craft (a reading with her cannot come highly recommended enough!). I don’t really think I knew what I was in for, and I was the recipient of and facilitator for unbelievable love and community. I finally felt like I stepped into my personal power and all of my experiences over the weekend reminded me why I’m here doing what I’m doing. Before I could hear and absorb anything Mavis was to say and teach me though, I had to offer up my excuses as well as my BS and open my heart to the experience of growth. I think the two most important things I took away from this weekend is that if I go deeper in my work (it’s not enough for me to tell you I see your grandmother passed down pearls, I also need to say who has them and where they’re stored, for example) powerful, beautiful, healing things can occur; not just for the living people I’m serving but for Spirit as well. Also, we are never truly alone. The whole point of me being a medium is to prove the life exists after death, and in order for me to do that, I must go deeper and not just skim the top and do the bare minimum work required of me. This week, go deeper. You’ll find as you ask yourself important questions and keep plumbing your depths that you’ll release the toxic things holding you back so you can find the balance and peace you’ve been searching for <3

Go ahead and pick a card from above (pick one, two, or all three cards–pick what you’re drawn to). The stone you see above is blue Kyanite. Kyanite inspires loyalty and fair treatment to others. It assists in working through disagreements and disputes, and can aid in repairing damaged relationships. It is beneficial in negotiations, diplomatic missions, arbitration and other forms of communication between disharmonious people, allowing disparate energies to move into resonance and find a common frequency. In the workplace, Kyanite promotes good communication, bridging the gap between different beliefs and ideas, and encourages self-expression and speaking one’s truth. Hold or wear Kyanite when addressing a group, or leading a seminar or team meeting. It sharpens communication skills, and is particularly helpful when answering questions or when there is a need to improvise. For those who have lost their way in life, or are trying to break a cycle of self-destructive behavior, use Kyanite in an empowerment grid to get back on track. Lay out rows of small Kyanite blades radiating from a central Kyanite in six different directions. Use each night to walk a different path in the mind, letting images and ideas take form spontaneously. Continue until you no longer need the grid. To access forgotten childhood memories or to recall a word or name that eludes you, touch the center of your brow with Kyanite. For children who have trouble integrating with others, or are physically different in any way, keep Kyanite blades near their outdoor or school clothing to help increase their popularity. If you chose card #1: Your message this week is about the Hierophant. Your card goes on to say that the Hierophant indicates a wonderful time for you to explore new things, meet new people, or gain new insights and spiritual knowledge. This may also signify someone who has the potential to shift the course of your life path, in order to bring enlightenment, wisdom, and truth. Do not limit yourself–exploration is an important part of self-discovery. This may also mean pursuing new avenues of education or learning through formal training. They Hierophant may also suggest a need to connect with a unified consciousness. It could be spiritual in nature, or within the conventions of a group or organization. If you are searching for greater meaning at this time, think about what it is you would like to learn or change in your life. What activities can you explore that connect with your own spirituality? Questions to ask yourself right now: How do I celebrate my spiritual self? What do I have yet to explore? What brings me joy, peace, and happiness? Additional Meanings: Council • Teacher • Advice • Spiritual wisdom • Guidance • Mentorship • Knowledge • Education • Unity.

If you chose card #2: Your message this week is about the Knight of Crystals. Your card goes on to say that if this is about a situation: It is time to take action! If the task ahead seems tedious or daunting, it is still important to remain focused and follow through with any plans or commitments you have made. A time to think clearly and methodically. Once you get through this, you will feel a renewed sense of accomplishment–this should be the driving force behind your actions at this time. Think of the payoff! If this is about a person: An extremely loyal and responsible person, the Knight of Crystals will always follow through with their promises and plans. They are extremely patient, level-headed, and can think diligently in any situation. The Knight of Crystals may not be the most creative or adventurous type, but they make loving and devoted friends and partners. They can, however, be overly cautious or conservative in their views, which can make them sometimes seem inflexible to others. Additional Meanings: Committed • Hard-working • Conservative • Detail oriented • Stubborn • Nature lover.

If you chose card #3: Your message is about the Seven of Wands. Your card goes on to say that a positive change is more than possible, as you will be able to stand out as victorious. Any projects or ideas that you have will require your attention, planning, and innate skills. Expect to triumph through your own personal courage and inner strength, while overcoming any challenges you may be having. This is a very dynamic and energetic time in your life, so it is important that you stay strong and assert yourself. Do not be afraid to speak your truth. Additional Meanings: Gain • Competition • Creative abilities • Success within reach.

My hope for you this week is that is that you don’t take anything at face value. If something has been urging you to look further, research more, go deeper, or look under the mask, it’s time you do so. Somehow, your balance and your peace is connected to having all the facts and knowing what you’re dealing with, so don’t be afraid of the unknown. You are never alone and your community is ready to support you when you need it <3

This is your week! Make it an amazing one 🙂
