The week ahead: February 1st through February 7th of 2021:

How are you guys feeling after that full moon last week?

Still having weird dreams and bizarre encounters outside in reality?

Well then, welcome to Aquarius season were strangeness abounds, and where you might be questioning if a couple people you know are actual aliens (::side eye:: you’re probably right).

This week looks to be an interesting one, where Venus is shifting into Aquarius and setting up a total of 6 planets to be in the same sign this month (there’s already 4).

They’ll be distinct themes with our relationships and what we value around community, connection, networking, and friendships. Justice, equality and equity, and fairness might be coming up for us as well.

Are you free to be yourself in your relationships?

Do you allow others to be themselves too?

Are your bonds authentic: is there room to be real, grow, breathe, and change together?

Heavy air placements can make us a bit scattered, head up in the clouds, idealistic without grounded follow through, but absolutely fantastic communicators and networkers. The communication exchange will focus more on facts and figures, irrefutable scientific proof, integrity, utopia, and real life strange but true scenarios.  If you’ve done your research, you shouldn’t have too much of a difficult time. If you’re looking for deep, personal confessions of emotions, you might be left out to dry. But if you’re upset about an injustice going on in the world, rest assured you have a comrade in arms, ready to fight the good fight with you.

Which brings me to Mercury retrograde. Yup. It’s here, in the sign of Aquarius, and won’t be direct until February 21st. Even then, give it a week or two until everything feels back to good.

If you need to revise, rework, re-edit, rehash, get a second opinion, or “re” anything, now is your time. With keeping the emotions light, it might make it more possible to find a solution that supports all, or can help remove any emotional blockage so you can be free to find solutions. Use this time wisely and remember that when any planet goes retrograde, it’s directing it’s energy inward. Face yourself and what’s coming up–rework things until they’re right for you around your values, relationships, and wherever Aquarius rules in your chart.

On the same note, if you’re being bombarded with information, piece through it all until you can put together a clear picture, or test some of it to make sure it’s true–take nothing at face value, dig deeper. Wait to take action on it until that second week of March, or take action but make sure you double check everything; being thorough right now will save so much time and energy, later 💖

So how can we work with the energy of this week? It happens to be Imbolc today which celebrates the beginning of Spring. Light a candle and set an intention around where you’d like to shine a light in your life or where you could use some warmth and joy–it’s the perfect time to have hope because we know life is returning to the earth soon. Speak your words into form: breathe life into what makes you feel like the sun is rising again. You can also spring clean your home or take a cleansing bath to renew your energy.

Go ahead and pick a card from above (pick one, two, or all three cards–choose what you’re drawn to). The top card is the overarching theme for everyone and it’s something to keep in mind or to remember, no matter what energy shows up for you as the week goes on. The stone you see in the picture above is fulgurite. Fulgurite is a natural glass tube formed in sand or rock by a lightning strike. Metaphysically, Fulgurite enhances communication on the physical plane and strengthens the connection with other worlds and beings in those worlds. It intensifies concentration and eliminates distractions. Fulgurite can also enable one to predict future events and can be used to enhance the abilities of a divining rod. They facilitate clairaudient experiences and may also be used to grid an area to enhance the energy for welcoming UFO landings. If you’d like to learn more about this stone, or purchase one for yourself, please go here.

Overarching theme: Knight of Pentacles: The Knight of Pentacles is a wise soul who knows the value of working hard. They have seen and experienced more than most and live their life from a place of quiet, meditative wisdom. Their ability to plan ahead is key to their balanced lifestyle: they do what needs to be done, and reap the benefits in the long run. A loyal and responsible person, the Knight of Pentacles will always follow through on any promises and plans, and is very trustworthy, sharing their wisdom with those who seek their help. They are patient, level-headed and can think carefully in any situation, although often needing time to mull things over before taking any foreseeable risks. This key encourages us to commit to our goals and stay true to the process. If we align with perseverance and honorable spirit, there is nothing we cannot achieve. Questions to ask yourself this week: What can I explore or build after all of my hard work? How can I plan ahead with methodical vision? Your mantra: My work is strong in spirit. I set the foundation for love. Additional Meanings: Hardworking • Conservative • Stubborn • Nature lover.

If you chose card #1: Your message this week is about the Three of Pentacles. Your card goes on to say that the Three of Pentacles highlights a powerful synergy of soulful collaboration and the support of individual strengths. The arrival of this card may be an indication that you have reached a state of accomplishment and bliss after all of your hard work, and with your newfound insight, you understand the steps you need to take in order to maintain the momentum of your success. This card also signifies great skill, passion and the manifestation of creative projects, either through your own efforts or with the help of another person or group of individuals. After building these soulful connections, you appreciate the qualities and vision that each person has to offer. A great sense of wisdom and modesty, which shines through the embodiment of unconditional love and respect for all people. Questions to ask yourself right now: Am I able to celebrate the accomplishments of others? Could my dreams use any support? Your mantra: I value the light within each person. I share and create from the seeds of my heart. Additional Meanings: Collaboration • Artistry • Cooperation • Adaptability.

If you chose card #2: Your message this week is about the Seven of Cups. Your card goes on to say that the Seven of Cups is a card of choices and temptations, and may come at a time when you feel overwhelmed with options or bouts of the imagination. This card may also point to a illusory notions of what we can and cannot do, feeding an unstable disconnect from reality; a dreamy sort of mindset that pushes us to indulge in certain things that aren’t necessarily healthy or productive in the long term. In the end, we may be faced with the consequences of our short-lived spurts of irresponsibility and grand illusions. The underlying key of this card shows us that the twisty path of our choices may be faced with fears, illusions, and imaginary scenarios, but in the end, our heart must inform our higher calling. This is the difference between forging pathways in your mind or truly deciding to pave your way forward in the real world. What option feels best for you in the long run? Questions to ask yourself right now: What small steps can I take towards my true goals? How am I putting off the inevitable dreams I wait for? Your mantra: I visualize my choices and see where they take me. I feel out my options with my mind, body, and spirit. Additional Meanings: Temptation • Choices • Disillusionment • Daydreaming.

If you chose card #3: Your message this week is about The Fool. Your card goes on to say that The Fool is a sacred key that helps expand your horizons, in seeking out new adventures or spontaneous experiences. Your unique rite of passage has no charted course. No trajectory. Instead, it defines a whole new prologue waiting to be written. Oftentimes, this kind of movement also requires a bit of bravery, encouraging you to have faith in your deepest instincts. If there are voices that discourage you from embarking on this path, connect back to your inner stillness, your heart, and the calling of your soul. This is not their story, it soley belongs to you. Allow for new opportunities to take flight within this journey! Questions to ask yourself right now: Am I ready to take this quantum leap? What new opportunities are presenting in my life? Additional Meanings: Adventure • Impulse • Movement • Inner child • Genesis.

This is your week! Make it an amazing one 😊
