03 Mar The week ahead: March 2nd through March 8th of 2020:

Lovelies! It’s March already–where is the time going?
Maybe it’s Pisces season, with all its daydreaming and getting lost in reveries, when we finally come back to the present, we realize how much time has passed. Water seasons do have a way of flowing quickly, and also helping us to go with the flow, if we allow it.
You ever try to swim against a current? Futile, right? That’s exactly the sentiment when dealing with your emotions right now as well as your intuitive hits. If you’re not paying attention to these spaces, you’re missing out on a super power. It can be difficult to manage big feelings though, especially when you’re not used to feeling them, or haven’t acknowledged what’s been going on in the background for you. It can feel like a tsunami, coming to destroy you and everything you love.
You know the best way to deal with a large wave coming at you? You dive into it. Facing what scares you around your emotions and intuition can give you back the power you feel like you’re losing. So maybe consider talking with a trusted friend, seeing a therapist, pulling some tarot cards, doing some research, or even writing down what’s bothering your soul. This should be about you reconnecting with a gift that was given to you at birth, and trusting that this gift is meant to inform you and guide you, not drown you 💖
So how do we work with the energy of this week? My advice is this: go to a space that you enjoy that has water around it, or pull yourself a bath. If you have a deck of tarot cards, I’d like you to do a 3 card pull. The first card will represent what you’re not facing right now. The second card will represent where you need to trust your intuition. The third card will represent what you need to do to get your power back. I’ll be posting up my results on my Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/sarahmartucci11) on Thursday, so feel free to share what you guys pulled too, especially if you need help interpreting what it means.
Go ahead and pick a card from above (pick one, two, or all three cards–choose what you’re drawn to). The top card is the overarching theme for everyone and it’s something to keep in mind or to remember, no matter what energy shows up for you as the week goes on. The stone you see in the picture above is Emerald. Emerald is an excellent stone for reviving passion, whether for an interest, a person, or a job. To attract romantic love, wear or carry an Emerald out of sight near the heart. To call back an estranged love, speak the words you wish to say holding the stone close to your lips and seal it in an envelope. If appropriate, send it to the person with a message. In tumblestone form, Emerald promotes good self-esteem, especially in restoring the confidence of young girls or teens that have been teased about their weight, or any young person made to feel inferior due to the inability to afford the latest designer goods. While Emerald has a calming effect on the emotions, it has an invigorating effect on thought, reflection, and philosophy. It is a marvelous crystal for activating artistic creativity, and for bringing focus and intensity to one’s lifework. Emerald is a remarkable support stone for the workplace. It increases mental acuity, strengthens memory and inspires eloquence in speech. Natural Emerald or tumblestone held for five minutes a day brings rapid recall of facts, and is ideal for occupations where visionary insight is a significant benefit. It enkindles success in business, especially for older women, and is particularly known for assistance in areas of legal affairs, trials and litigation. Emerald brings a soothing mental and emotional equilibrium, making it extremely beneficial in stimulating cooperation and understanding within a group of people. It is also helpful in relieving claustrophobia. If you’d like to learn more about this stone, please go here.

Overarching theme: The Moon: As one of the most dreamiest, most mysterious cards of the Tarot, The Moon invites us to explore the depths of our subconscious and the sacred landscapes of our imagination. Although typically described as the key of disillusionment, it is not without its silver linings. These can indicate the powerful sparks of inspiration that feed invention, creativity, and intuitive wisdom which connect us to a much deeper place of spirit. Since The Moon also reveals the watery undercurrent of our shadow thoughts and feelings, it embodies the recesses of our minds, which we tend to keep hidden from others, as well as the deeper insecurities that plague our emotions. Woven throughout the potent energy of The Moon is pure magick. If we learn to harness its wisdom without letting the mental labyrinth take over, we may begin to co-create and alchemize from the seeds of our thoughts. Questions to ask yourself this week: How can I work with my shadow self? What are my deepest dreams and insights sharing? Additional Meanings: Mystery • Intuition • Imagination • Shadow • Dreams.
