The week ahead: September 9th to September 15th of 2019:

This week we have a big, beautiful full moon in the sign of Pisces on the 13th (and Friday!) which promises to have us all up in our feels. Pisces is a water sign, speaking about the world of our emotions and intuition, asking us to pay attention or look for the way we’re connected to everything around and within. This is a holy sign that completes the zodiac, taking into account everything that has been learned from all the previous signs that came before–Pisces sees it all, and feels it, too. Ruled by Neptune (old ruler Jupiter), there’s a certain mist or fogginess that seems to accompany the fish, so instead of navigating as we normally would, we’re forced to use our intuition or instincts as a guide. Feeling through whatever is going on will get you further right now, much to the dismay of Virgo season who relies heavily on things they can touch, see, hear and smell. Pisces also rules the feet, so there may be a lesson in taking it one step at a time, learning to trust in the face of not knowing for sure what the outcome will be.

Which should be triggering a heavy sigh from all my Earth signs and especially my practical Virgo’s. All Virgos really want is to know they did a good job and they were helpful, showing with evidence how they made an impact; but with an emotional moon depending more on the whims of where you’re at in the moment, it could feel like nothing you’re doing is gaining ground, or that you have nothing to show for all the work you’ve done so far.

Of course, nothing could be further from the truth, it’s just how it feels, so make sure to have some tangible proof that you can summon up at any point, showing what you’ve accomplished so far, or even go back to previous victories and give yourself some evidence that you can make a difference and that you’ll do it again.

So how can we use the energy of this week to help us? My advice is this: If you’re willing to give up after all the work you’ve put in, is this even a goal you really wanted, to begin with? How can you start to trust your intuition and instincts more or at least give it equal ground to your practical side? Where do you need to shore up faith in yourself and what you’re doing, especially if you don’t have any indicators yet that things are moving your way? This week, trust that you’ve got this, no matter what it looks like. To keep moving in the direction of your dreams without a way to know if it will work out, is true bravery; so keep on swimming <3

Go ahead and pick a card from above (pick one, two, or all three cards–choose what you’re drawn to). The top card is the overarching theme for everyone. The stone you see in the picture above is selenite. Selenite is a wonderful talisman for women, bringing radiance and harmony, and support through all cycles of life. Wear in jewelry to attract love, fertility, and to maintain fidelity; also to induce calm throughout pregnancy and motherhood. Keep a Selenite angel where moonlight shines on her to spread warm, loving energies. Selenite may also enhance chances of reconciliation. Send a small piece to someone with whom you wish to reconnect. Selenite is ideal for gridding a space, creating a safe, uplifting environment protected from outside influences. Place indoors in the corners of a house or room, or in the workplace. Also utilize Selenite eggs or clusters to protect from outside negativity, especially at night. Give a sphere to children who fear the dark and explain how moon rays are captured within and shine on them as they sleep. Selenite is known for its magnificent natural wands, delicate and slender, often quite long yet relatively inexpensive. They are prized by crystal healers for purification and all types of energetic cleansing because of their pure vibration. Use to detach entities and thought forms from the aura and to prevent anything external from influencing the mind. Form highly effective energy tools by combining Selenite wands with almost any stone or combination of stones to synergistically blend and amplify their powers by many times. Selenite wands are also excellent for building energy grids to use in the home or outdoors, that can be disassembled and reassembled as needed. Lying in the center of one of these configurations can generate experiences of spiritual ascension. Utilize Selenite to decrease shyness and reserve in one’s professional life, and to aid in materialistic pursuits related to business and making a profit. It fosters harmonious partnerships, and brings insight and good judgment during disagreements or negotiations.  If you’d like to learn more about this stone, please go here.

Overarching theme: Four of Cups: it could be that you’re missing out on an opportunity if you’re being distracted by external forces. It is a sense of restlessness and boredom which has you feeling stuck in a rut. Are there issues from your past that are weighing on your present situation? If you are fearful or indifferent about making a change, you may continue to dwell in a state of denial. Perhaps you’re not seen what is right there in front of you. You have a system of love and support in your life–how can you connect with this? Is there anything you’re taking for granted? Take a moment to meditate on the aspects of your life that you are truly grateful for. See the positive highlights, rather than focusing on the negativity. Additional Meanings: Disappointment • Apathy • Boredom • Letting your imagination get the best of you.

If you chose card #1: Your message this week is about the Seven of Swords. Your card goes on to ask are you being truthful and loving in your intentions at this time? If you’re being dishonest or secretive in some way, in order to gain something, it is suggested that you rethink your approach. Omitting the truth is never a good idea, especially if you’re trying to manifest a positive outcome. Look at your options head-on. What choices can you make in order to have a positive result? It is also advised that you exercise caution, as you may have to deal with potential betrayal or dishonesty from others. Be careful who you choose to confide in or trust. Additional Meanings: Overconfidence • Deception • Selfishness • Secrecy • Betrayal.

If you chose card #2: your message this week is about the Four of Crystals. Your card goes on to say that it may be a good time to re-evaluate your priorities. Are you spending too much time focusing on materialistic things, such as possessions, the accumulation of wealth, or personal status? You should continue to take pride in all that you have achieved, but not let the illusion of physical wealth get in the way of who you really are. The Four of  Crystals can also be an indication of hoarding or negative attachments. Is there a void you you’re trying to fill emotionally, by holding onto things that mask a sense of security in your life? Additional Meanings: Possessiveness • Obstacles • Possessions • Resistance to change.

If you chose card #3: Your message this week is about the King of Swords. Your card goes on to say that it is time to speak your truth with confidence and strength. The need to look at things objectively, with no limiting emotions. You’re quick-witted and sharp in your convictions, standing up against all odds. Do not worry yourself with the opinions of others. You already know you have what it takes. Additional Meanings: Authoritative • Logical • Rational • Ambitious • Assertive.

This is your week! Make it an amazing one 🙂
